Every OneSight experience is my favorite- watching this storied organization transform itself into a world-class NGO had a profound impact on me. From the people I met to the success (and failures) I witnessed in real time, there's no other client like OneSight.

Watching their work in The Gambia ranks among my top life experiences. OneSight put together a justice league-style team of pros to partner with the people of The Gambia to develop what would become a national network of vision care clinics. I'm proud to have been there on day one, and after multiple perspective-shifting trips, they recently achieved their goal of opening multiple sustainable clinics across the country- all staffed by Gambians.

Being a fly on the wall during this experiment was trumped only by the pleasure of meeting a handful of the people of The Gambia. So glad to have a few of these souvenirs- stories, photos and memories to remember these times.
